This Privacy Policy explains how Club Venturo Limited ("Venturo", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our services on www.clubventuro.com ("Website") and through our membership platform, community channels and events. By using our website and services you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you apply for or hold a Venturo membership, we collect:

• Account Details – First name, last name, email address, phone number, password, company name, role and profile image.
• Application Data – Information provided during the membership application process including any eligibility criteria responses.
• Membership Data – Type of membership, membership tier, marketing and legal terms consent.
• Billing Information – Email address and postal code. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Event and Experience Data – RSVPs, attendance records, dietary requirements, driving licence information and any other details provided in connection with a specific experience.
• Communication Data – Messages, interactions and content shared through the Venturo platform, Whatsapp channels or any other Venturo communication channel.
• Automatic Data Collection – Login activity, user interactions and website behaviour collected via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data to:

• Provide and manage your membership and member account.
• Enable access to your account, the platform and member services.
• Process payments securely via Stripe and Memberstack.
• Facilitate bookings, registrations and attendance at Venturo experiences and partner events.
• Share relevant data with event and experience partners where necessary to deliver an experience you have registered for or attended.
• Communicate with you via email, the platform and Whatsapp regarding your membership, upcoming experiences and community updates.
• Send membership related emails and marketing communications where consented.
• Improve website functionality and track user activity using analytics.
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our membership rules and terms and conditions.

3. Data Sharing & Third Party Services

We do not sell your data to third parties. However your data is stored, processed and in some cases shared with the following services and partners:

• Stripe (Payment processing) – Privacy Policy
• Memberstack (Membership management) – Privacy Policy
• HubSpot (Marketing and CRM) – Privacy Policy
• Klaviyo (Email marketing) – Privacy Policy
• Brevo (Email and communication management) – Privacy Policy
• Whatsapp (Community communication) – used for member updates and community communication. Please note that Whatsapp operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service.

Event and Experience Partners

Where you register for or attend a Venturo experience delivered in partnership with a third party, we may share relevant personal data including your name, contact details and any experience specific information such as dietary requirements or driving licence details with that partner solely for the purpose of facilitating the experience. Partners are required to handle your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data shared with partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for the experience in question.

All third party service providers listed above are GDPR compliant and are only permitted to use your data for their intended purposes.

4. Your Rights & Data Control

If you are a UK resident you have the right to:

• Access, update or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Object to or restrict how your data is processed.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request account deletion via your Manage Profile area or by emailing hello@clubventuro.com.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

• We retain personal data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with our legal obligations.
• If you cancel your membership, your data will be retained for a minimum period as required by law before being deleted or anonymised.
• Data shared with third party partners for the purposes of an experience will be retained by those partners in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and tracking technologies for:

• Analytics (Google Analytics)
• Membership authentication
• User activity monitoring and website improvement
