Welcome to CLUB VENTURO LTD ("Venturo", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, membership services, and events. By signing up for a Venturo membership, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Membership & Payments

• Subscription Plans: Memberships are available on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Payments & Renewals: All payments are processed via Stripe and Memberstack. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Invoices & Notifications: Members receive an invoice only after payment is processed—no prior renewal reminders are sent.
• Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel their membership at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, including in cases of voluntary cancellation.

2. Membership Rules & Code of Conduct

All members must follow the Venturo Membership Rules, which cover:

• Networking & Engagement (respectful business interactions, no cold selling or excessive self-promotion).
• Event Conduct (safe driving, alcohol consumption rules, and RSVP policies).
• Professional Behavior (no discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct).
• Digital Community Guidelines (WhatsApp and online platforms must be used professionally).
  Failure to comply with these rules may result in account termination. See Membership Rules for details.

3. Event Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations (members may cancel their attendance at events, however cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable).
• Refunds (some events may have alternative refund cut-off dates, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking).
• Ticket Transfers (if you cannot attend an event, your ticket may be transferred to another attendee only if they are a direct business partner or employee, provided prior notice is given).

4. Account Use & Access

• One Account Per Person: Memberships are personal and cannot be shared with others.
• Guest Policy: Members may bring guests to select events, but they must follow the same conduct standards.

5. Exclusive Content & Intellectual Property

• Exclusive Access: Membership provides access to private events and a curated network of professionals.
• No Redistribution: Members may not share, copy, or distribute exclusive content, event details, or community insights outside of Venturo.

6. Termination of Membership

• Breaches of Policy: We reserve the right to terminate any membership without refund if a member violates our Membership Rules.
• Unauthorized Sign-Ups: Venturo is an application-based community. If a person joins without approval, their account will be terminated, and a refund will be issued.
• No Refunds Upon Termination: If a member is removed due to misconduct, they will not receive a refund.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

• Networking & Opportunities: Venturo provides networking events and access to exclusive opportunities but does not guarantee any business outcomes.
• Safe Conduct: Members attending driving-related events are responsible for obeying all road laws. Venturo is not liable for accidents or damages.
• Third-Party Services: Payments and memberships are managed by Stripe and Memberstack. Venturo does not store payment details and is not responsible for third-party service failures.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

• We comply with UK GDPR and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your data is stored securely and processed only as needed for membership services.
• No data is sold or shared outside of essential service providers (Stripe, Memberstack, HubSpot).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

Venturo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes.
