Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Club Venturo Limited ("Venturo", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, membership services and experiences. By signing up for a Venturo membership you agree to abide by these terms and the Venturo Membership Rules, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Membership & Payments
- Subscription Plans – Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis.
- Payments & Renewals – All payments are processed via Stripe and Memberstack. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Invoices & Notifications – Members receive an invoice only after payment is processed. No prior renewal reminders are sent.
- Cancellation Policy – Membership cancellation must be submitted in writing to hello@clubventuro.com. Rolling monthly memberships require one month's written notice. Annual memberships require one month's written notice however the member will serve out the remainder of their annual term.
- No Refunds – All payments are non-refundable including in cases of voluntary cancellation. No refunds will be issued on partial months or the unused portion of an annual membership.
- Failed Payments – In the event of a failed payment, Venturo will automatically retry within 3 days. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, access may be suspended. If unresolved after 14 days with no contact, Venturo reserves the right to terminate the membership without further notice.
2. Membership Rules & Code of Conduct
All members and partners active within the Venturo community are required to abide by the Venturo Membership Rules at all times. The Membership Rules cover community engagement, exclusive experience access, event conduct, behaviour and respect, guest policy, partner conduct, the strike system, digital communication standards and all other aspects of community participation. The Membership Rules are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and form a binding part of this agreement.
Failure to comply with the Membership Rules may result in a formal warning, strike or termination of membership. Full details of the strike system and misconduct procedures are set out in the Membership Rules.
3. Event Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations – Members may cancel their attendance at experiences. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be managed through the platform and a full refund will be issued depending on the nature of the experience.
- Late Cancellations – Cancellations made within 48 hours of an experience will result in the full event cost being charged automatically at cost price, in addition to the membership fee. No refunds will be offered. The member is responsible for finding an alternative to fill their space.
- Complimentary Experiences – The same cancellation terms apply to complimentary experiences included as part of membership.
- Refunds – Some experiences may have alternative refund cut-off dates which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Force Majeure – If an experience is cancelled or amended due to circumstances beyond Venturo's control including extreme weather, venue closure or partner withdrawal, refunds will be at Venturo's discretion.
- Ticket Transfers – If you cannot attend an experience, your space may be transferred to another member only if prior notice is given and Venturo approves the transfer.
4. Account Use & Access
- One Account Per Person – Memberships are personal and cannot be shared with others.
- Guest Policy – Members receive annual guest passes in accordance with their membership tier as set out in the Membership Rules. Members may also purchase additional guest tickets for select experiences subject to availability.
- Partner Access – Partners have limited access to the platform governed by their partnership agreement. Partners do not have access to member only spaces or features unless explicitly granted.
- Welcome Pack – All confirmed members receive a Centuro welcome pack upon joining regardless of membership tier.
5. Exclusive Content & Intellectual Property
- Exclusive Access – Membership provides access to private experiences and a curated network of like minded individuals.
- No Redistribution – Members may not share, copy or distribute exclusive content, experience details or community insights outside of Venturo.
- Intellectual Property – All Venturo intellectual property including the brand name, logo, creative assets, member data and platform content remains the sole property of Club Venturo Limited. Members must not use any Venturo intellectual property for commercial or personal purposes without prior written consent.
- Photography & Content – Experiences may be photographed and filmed for use across Venturo's marketing channels. By attending you consent to your image being used unless you notify the team in advance.
6. Termination of Membership
- Breaches of Policy – We reserve the right to terminate any membership without refund if a member violates the Membership Rules.
- Unauthorised Sign Ups – Venturo is an application-based community. If a person joins without approval, their account will be terminated and a refund will be issued.
- No Refunds Upon Termination – If a member is removed due to misconduct they will not receive a refund.
- Membership Cancellation – Due to the exclusivity of the Venturo community, cancellations are considered final. Venturo cannot guarantee reinstatement and in most cases a former member will not be able to rejoin due to the limited availability of spaces.
- Membership Pause – Venturo does not offer a standard membership freeze. In exceptional circumstances a temporary pause of between one and three months may be considered at Venturo's discretion upon written request to hello@clubventuro.com.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- Networking & Opportunities – Venturo provides experiences and access to an exclusive network but does not guarantee any business outcomes.
- Member to Member Dealings – Venturo facilitates connections but accepts no liability for any business dealings, transactions, disputes or losses arising between members or from introductions made through the community. Members are strongly advised to carry out their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement with another member or contact made through the network.
- Personal Responsibility – Members participate in all Venturo experiences entirely at their own risk. In the event of an accident, incident or altercation, the individuals involved are solely responsible for their own actions. Venturo accepts no legal or financial liability for personal injury, loss, damage or death arising from participation in any experience.
- Safe Conduct – Members attending driving experiences are responsible for obeying all road laws. Venturo is not liable for accidents or damages.
- Property Damage – Any damage caused to a venue, partner property or another member's vehicle as a result of a member's actions is the sole responsibility of that member.
- Personal Belongings – Venturo does not accept responsibility for any loss or theft of personal belongings at any experience or event.
- Third Party Services – Payments and memberships are managed by Stripe and Memberstack. Venturo does not store payment details and is not responsible for third party service failures.
- Third Party Partners – Venturo is not responsible for the actions or decisions of any third party partner including venues, automotive brands or service providers. Any complaints arising from a partner's conduct should be directed to that partner directly.
- Indemnity – Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Venturo Limited, its directors and team members from any claims, losses, damages or legal costs arising from a breach of these terms or from the member's own conduct at any Venturo experience.
- Nothing in these terms limits Venturo's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
- We comply with UK GDPR and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your data is stored securely and processed only as needed for membership services.
- No data is sold or shared outside of essential service providers including Stripe, Memberstack and HubSpot.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
Club Venturo Limited reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
